We are committed to continuously examining business issues of importance for managers and investors of Swiss companies active in China, with the objective of providing decision-makers with ground-level insights on the trends that drive China and a benchmark for what fellow managers and entrepreneurs are doing.

To achieve this, we invite you to participate in the 2022 Swiss Business in China Survey, in partnership with University of St.Gallen, Embassy of Switzerland in China, SwissCham, Swiss Global Enterprise and Swissnex.

The last survey in 2019 received replies from close to 1’000 companies, about half of them foreign and the other half Chinese. This allowed us to compare the results of Swiss companies with their counterparts from China. This survey has been conducted yearly since 2010.

It is the survey collecting by far the largest number of replies in China and the only one wissthat includes the opinion of managers of Chinese companies and allows a comparative analysis of Chinese and foreign firms as well as SMEs in China.

The survey is prepared in a user-friendly way and will take around 20 minutes of your time to complete.

Please be assured that your response will be kept completely confidential. Besides, it does not require you to leave a company or personal name. If you wish to receive the results directly, you will however need to leave an email address by the last question.

We believe the results of this year should be highly interesting for Swiss companies in China and in Switzerland, considering that it will compare the business situation in 2019 and 2021, pre- and post-covid.
