Three hundred and sixty thousand square meters of exhibition space, 3,800 companies from 181 countries, some 70 billion dollars spent in six days… and two Swiss SMEs. The China International Import Expo (CIIE), the largest international import fair in China, is a behemoth of its kind, and two small Swiss beverage producers will have the audacity to go there to seek partnerships for the first time this year.
From November 5 to 10, 2021 in Shanghai, the Valais distillery Morand and the Neuchâtel absinthe producer Yves Kübler will discover an extraordinary world, in the midst of the biggest Swiss and global companies.
But they won’t be left to their own devices to test the waters in China: the Swiss Centers, a non-profit organization that supports Swiss companies in their expansion in the Middle Kingdom, will accompany the twenty or so Swiss companies in their adventure.
