Dear Entrepreneurs and Executives of Vaudois companies and institutions,

We are delighted to invite you to join the Vaud Economic Mission to China on June 15-21, 2025.

In the context of the 75^th anniversary of bilateral relations between Switzerland and China, and 15^th anniversary of Vaud-Jiangsu partnership, we are thrilled to announce a comprehensive program designed to foster deeper collaboration and mutual understanding between the two countries. This program is meticulously crafted to encapsulate a myriad of engaging activities and insightful exchange. Through one-week trip in Shanghai – Changzhou – Nanjing – Shenzhen – Hong Kong, we aspire to bring updated insights on China, and foster understanding and relationships among key stakeholders and potential partners.

We seize this momentous occasion to showcase the core competencies of Vaud, represented by participating companies and institutions, to potentially interested parties and partners in China. Equally important, we seek to gather invaluable business insights from China-based experts, which will serve as a fertile ground for nurturing our future endeavors in a forward-thinking manner.

There are some highlights in the program:

1. High-level event celebrating the anniversary: We will embark on a high-level event in Nanjing, capital city of Jiangsu province, which will gather both Swiss and Chinese officials, but also entrepreneurs and managers from Swiss and Chinese companies locally.
2. Exclusive visits and meetings with Swiss companies in China: We will have the opportunity to get insights from selected Swiss and Vaudois companies and hear from their managers about their experiences in China.
3. Visit of Chinese innovative companies: Exclusive visits of leading high-tech companies in our focus sectors will offer a glimpse into the latest innovations and technological advancements in the country.
4. Business networking events: On different occasions, in Shanghai, in Nanjing, and in Shenzhen, business networking events will provide an informal yet vibrant setting for participants to mingle, share ideas, and establish lasting professional connections.

This trip is co-organized by Canton of Vaud, Innovaud, SinOptic and Swiss Centers, and supported by CVCI, Centre Patronal.

Cost of Participating

Price: CHF 2’200.- per person excluding TAX.

Included: All expenses in China, including accommodation, transport, meals and organizational costs.

Non-included: International flights, insurances
