Modular workshops including office area offer a unique opportunity to implement your production units on a step-by-step basis.

Usual rental fees include:

  • Cleaning of office area, dining hall and restroom space
  • Restroom access and maintenance
  • Access to public showers
  • Access to public dining hall

Usual rental fees do not include the property management fees.
